YOUR HOURS BECOME THE INVOICE Track time against a project, mark an expense as billable, and put both straight onto an invoice. Choose what to bill and whether each entry gets its own line. Anything billed is marked, so it can never go out twice — and amounts in another currency are never quietly folded into the total.

That is the difference between an invoicing app with a timer bolted on and one tool that knows what you worked on.

A TIMER THAT RUNS WHERE YOU CAN SEE IT Start a timer on a project and it stays on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, showing the time and what you have earned so far. Stop it right from there. Ask Siri to start it, or put a timer button in Control Center.

INVOICES THAT GET PAID Line items, discounts, taxes, multiple currencies, a polished PDF. Every invoice carries a status — draft, sent, paid, overdue — so chasing a late payment is a five-second look at a list.

Turn on reminders and Invocat nudges you before the due date and again after it, until the money arrives. Set up a retainer once and the invoice appears on schedule as a draft, ready for you to look over before it goes.

PROJECTS THAT TELL YOU IF THEY MADE MONEY Give a project a budget and see what is left of it. Tracked time and expenses count towards it, and you get a clear warning before you go over. Client details, notes and files stay where the work is, and a Home Screen widget shows what you are still owed without opening anything.

AI THAT REMOVES TYPING (Invocat Pro) Snap a receipt and the details fill themselves in. Type "150 € on a new laptop" and it becomes an expense. Once a month you get a plain-language summary of what actually happened.

This is the one part that talks to a server, so here is exactly what it sends: the values read from the receipt — amount, vendor, date. The photo itself never leaves your iPhone, and nothing is kept on our side afterwards.

YOUR BOOKS STAY YOURS Most invoicing tools are web services: your clients, rates and revenue live on someone else's server, behind someone else's login, under a retention policy you did not read.
