Prayer times are calculated fully on your device from your location, so they work offline and nothing about your worship ever leaves your phone. In Turkey, times snap to the Diyanet provincial centre, matching Diyanet to the minute. Choose from 12 calculation methods and set the Asr time to the Hanafi or standard (Shafii/Maliki/Hanbali) opinion.
