AlmaLumen shields them using Apple's Screen Time technology. • When you open a blocked app, you see an invitation to pause and pray instead. • Check in with how you feel, pray in your own words or with a guided prayer written for your moment, and your apps unlock.

PRAYERS THAT MEET YOUR MOMENT Guided prayers are created fresh for you each time: they reflect how you are feeling right now, what you are grateful for, and what you are working toward. Every prayer follows the familiar pattern: addressed to Heavenly Father, moving from gratitude to asking, closed in the name of Jesus Christ. Nothing you share is ever stored on a server.
