Reset and Recover Halton

Reset and Recover is the companion app for members of the Reset and Recover programme, a peer-led addiction recovery programme run by Reset and Recover Halton CIC.

The app carries the support of the programme into everyday life. It is built around The Opponent framework: learning to recognise the inner voice that keeps destructive patterns going, and choosing a different response.

In the app you can:

• Work through daily tools and reflections grounded in the programme
• Check in on how you are doing and see your progress over time
• Revisit the five steps: Name It, Step Back, Damage Report, Play It Out, Reset and Recover
• Keep support close between your weekly sessions
