ToneRig turns your iPhone or iPad into a responsive amp, cab, and pedalboard rig for guitar and bass. Connect a USB audio interface, load a tone, and play—no laptop required.

Built for playing, not just previewing. ToneRig runs at your audio interface’s hardware sample rate with a small buffer, keeping your sound tight and responsive.

• Use ToneRig as an AUv3 effect in GarageBand, Logic Pro, AUM, and other compatible hosts

Such a great app! Loving it and so stoked to see the developers updating almost daily. Would love to to see some more dry effects like boost, overdrive, and fuzz within app. I know I can run additional Nam captures for these, but having too many nam profiles running is killing me on cpu and latency. No real complaints though, just hopes for the future of this app.

this app is pretty awesome. the built in effects are actually really good, but if that’s not enough, you can load other plugins as well! it’s super easy on your CPU as well. really no perceived latency either. if it had preset spillover… it would be the holy grail of live guitar apps for me.
