Customers can browse services, check pricing, and submit a request - our team responds within 4 working hours. Job seekers can browse open roles and submit a full application, including CV upload, directly from the app.

Once hired, approved staff sign in to a dedicated staff view to manage assigned jobs, track status in real time, capture proof-of-work photos, and collect secure payments from clients via an emailed payment link. Location sharing during active shifts keeps dispatch informed, and every job stays synced with the office in real time.

Businesses can also subscribe to Bluelink's workforce directly from the app: apply for the number of staff you need, and once approved, manage your assigned team, request jobs, and track work - all with a 7-day free trial before billing begins.
