DESIGNED BY CLINICAL COUPLES THERAPISTS Anthea's question library was written by clinical couples therapists, grounded in six scientific frameworks: Gottman couples therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), attachment theory, Sternberg's triangular theory of love, Chapman's five love languages, and positive psychology.

Our goal is not to score your relationship — it is to make visible the pattern you cannot see from inside your own daily life. Here is how we get there: each day you and your partner receive the same questions and answer separately; by the end of the week, those answers become an analysis written in the language of the same scientific frameworks. Anthea does not replace therapy; it offers what a therapist offers: a way of seeing.

THE DAY 7 RITUAL You write the week's closing question separately. Neither of you sees anything until you have both written; the moment you both have, it opens together. This is not a detail — it is the method. Because you write without influencing each other, what surfaces is genuinely yours.

YOUR FIRST ANALYSIS ON DAY 7 The week's 31 questions become a seven-part analysis written for your story: the essence of the week, your strength, an area worth attention, a pattern noticed, your relationship pulse, your own words, and one next step.
