Triage Grid turns a messy list into a clear plan. Type a task, then mark it as urgent, important, or both, and the task will go into the appropriate square of an urgent-to-important matrix. ClearStack arranges everything in a to-do-today order and displays a focus load meter so you can see when the day is getting too full. Switch between three methods – the four-square matrix, the 1-3-5 rule, or a simple top-three – to decide what actually gets done.

Countdown Board keeps an eye on every deadline. Add a milestone with a target date and an optional start date, and each card counts the days remaining, the days since it started, or the percentage of the way there. Cards sort by what is closest and use color to indicate what is close.

Save any plan or board to your archive, open it again later and share it as plain text. Choose an accent color, switch between sound and haptics and save everything on your device, without having to log in.
