Incognito Fire & Security is a professional toolkit for fire alarm engineers and technicians. It helps engineers record site information, search fault data, run engineering calculators, produce reports and use an AI assistant as a support tool while working on fire and security systems.

FIRE ALARM FAULT SUPPORT Search panel and device fault information and ask the AI assistant for structured diagnostic guidance. The AI assistant is designed to support competent engineers; it does not replace training, judgement, company procedures, manufacturer documentation or applicable safety requirements.

ENGINEERING CALCULATORS Use practical calculators for fire alarm engineering tasks such as battery, voltage drop, cable resistance, detector spacing, loop capacity and sounder checks. Calculator output includes assumptions so results can be checked before use.

SITE RECORDS AND LOGBOOK Create site records, add equipment details, record faults, keep notes and maintain a digital logbook for inspection and maintenance history.

REPORT WRITER Generate professional service, maintenance, fault and inspection reports for client records. Export reports as PDF where available.

SUBSCRIPTIONS Full access is available through monthly auto-renewable subscriptions. In the iOS app, Engineer, Pro Engineer and Company monthly subscriptions are purchased using Apple in-app purchase. Existing customers who subscribed outside iOS can sign in to access their account, and the same access is also available to purchase inside the iOS app using Apple in-app purchase. The iOS app does not direct users to external payment.
