FundRoad is a private-first personal finance app built around one idea: your money is your time. Every dollar you spend represents hours of your life — FundRoad makes that connection visible.

HOW IT WORKS

You split your monthly budget into Funds — custom digital envelopes like Food, Transport, or Vacation. Each Fund has a monthly limit. Throughout the month, you log expenses by swiping up on a card or tapping to enter an amount. That is it. No complex setup, no syncing with your bank, and no accounts to create.

ROAD TAB

Your main dashboard shows all your Funds as sleek cards in a two-column grid. Swipe up on any card to add a quick expense in real time — every pixel of drag increases the amount with tactile haptic feedback. Tap a card to open the full detail view containing your expense history for the month and a large input field for manual entry. A neon progress bar at the top shows your total monthly spending at a glance.

TIME-COST TAB

This is where FundRoad goes beyond a simple tracker. You enter your approximate hourly rate once, and from that point forward every expense is translated into hours of your life. A calendar grid shows each day of the current month color-coded: cyan for days within your daily earning, and orange for days where you spent more than you earned. Tap any day to see a full breakdown with time-cost labels next to each purchase. Below the calendar, a live bar chart stacks your expenses and savings side by side.

MILESTONES TAB

Long-term goals live here. Add a milestone — a new laptop, an emergency fund, or a trip — set a target amount, and deposit money toward it whenever you have a surplus. At the end of each month, FundRoad detects any unspent balance in your active Funds and offers to distribute it to your goals in a single tap. Each milestone displays a clear progress bar and the exact amount remaining.

GARAGE TAB

Your financial control panel. Change your hourly rate at any time and the Time-Cost tab recalculates your entire history instantly. Add, rename, or delete Funds and customize their individual swipe step values. Export all your transaction data as a CSV file to keep a permanent local copy. Enable Face ID to automatically lock the app when it goes to the background, and toggle iCloud Sync to securely mirror your data across all your personal devices.

PRIVACY BY DESIGN

There are no servers, no analytics, no tracking scripts, and no third-party SDKs. Your data is stored strictly in SwiftData on your device and optionally synced through your personal iCloud account — which means absolutely nobody else can access it. The app functions fully offline.
