Eligibility Available to eligible Medibank OSHC and ahm OSHC members who are aged 16 years or older, have previously booked a consultation through the Amplar Online Health Doctor service, are primarily residing in Australia and are only intending to use My Amplar Health within Australia.

• My Amplar Health is a patient portal that enables users to access, book and manage appointments for healthcare services which are separately facilitated by:
  • the Amplar Health Online Doctor platform, operated separately by Amplar Virtual Health, a business of Medibank Health Solutions Telehealth Pty Ltd ACN 069 396 792; and
    Myhealth Medical Group Pty Ltd ACN 160 321 693.
