RSVP FOR EVENTS Browse all upcoming community service events directly from the in-app calendar. See event details including location, start time, and how many hours it's worth. RSVP for yourself or bring a group — you can register multiple people at once so no one gets left behind.

CLOCK IN & TRACK YOUR HOURS When you arrive at an event, clock in right from the app and choose exactly how long you'll be volunteering. Your hours are tracked automatically and converted into points. The longer you stay, the more you earn. Every minute of your service counts.

EARN POINTS & WIN REWARDS Every event you attend earns you points based on how many hours you volunteer. Accumulate 100 points and you're eligible for a $10 gift card or item of your choice at the year-end banquet. The more you show up, the more you earn. Points are updated in real time so you always know where you stand.

SHIRT BONUS POINTS Wearing your Small Hands Big Hearts shirt shows community pride — and it pays off. Submit a photo of yourself in your shirt directly through the app. Once an admin reviews and approves it, you'll receive 10 bonus points added to your account instantly.

LEADERBOARD See how you rank against other volunteers in your organization. The top three earners get a special podium display with gold, silver, and bronze honors. Check back regularly to see if you've climbed the rankings and motivate your friends to volunteer more.

AWARDS & MILESTONES Track your progress toward meaningful volunteer achievements. Earn the Century Club badge by attending your first five events. Reach Gold Volunteer status by accumulating 500 points. Become a Community Legend by attending 50 events — the highest honor in the organization.

ADMIN TOOLS Admins have access to a powerful dashboard built for managing the entire volunteer program. Create new events, set hours and point values, and manage RSVPs. On event day, check volunteers in and out with a single tap, review shirt photo submissions for approval or rejection, and manually award bonus points when needed. Everything updates in real time across all devices.

YEAR-END BANQUET At the end of each year, your accumulated points are converted into real rewards. Every 100 points equals $10 in gift cards or items of your choice. The app always shows your current eligible reward amount so you stay motivated all year long.
