Instead of rating your day or picking a mood from a list, you choose a taste — Sweet, Salty, Sour, Bitter, Spicy, and more — and write as much or as little as you like. Some days are sweet. Some are sour. Most are a blend. Over time, the flavors add up to a portrait of your life you can actually see.
