A guided four-step handover captures everything you need:

1. Verify parcels—check off each item as you pull it from the bay.
2. Handover photo—snap a photo of the parcels at the counter.
3. Signature—the recipient signs directly on the screen.
4. Confirm—record who collected, flag collections made on someone's behalf, and add any notes.

Approximate location is recorded automatically with each pickup, so every handover has a time, a place, a photo, and a signature behind it.
