Fit Card turns your Apple Health workouts into clean, shareable cards — for social media, friends, or anyone you want to show.

Pick a recent workout — or a Today, This Week, This Month, or This Year summary — and Fit Card builds a card with your stats. Then make it yours and share it in seconds.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Connect Apple Health so Fit Card can read your workouts.
2. Tap a workout or summary to open the card editor.
3. Customize the background, stats, color, and font.
4. Export the image or send it straight to Instagram Stories.

CUSTOMIZE EVERYTHING

• Backgrounds: gradient and mesh presets, your own photos, a route map, or Apple Music album artwork.
• Stats: choose which metrics appear and in what order — calories, distance, heart rate, steps, pace, and more.
• Style: pick any installed font (favorite your go-to picks for quick access), set a text color, or use colors pulled from your photo.
• Aspect ratios: 1:1, 3:4, and 9:16 for Stories.
• Add an optional heart-rate graph.

SHARE WITHOUT LEAVING MESSAGES Build and send a card right from the Messages app with the Fit Card iMessage extension — same editor, same customization, no app switching.
