Myora Health is a preventive health platform that helps users reduce their risk of diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular disease through a structured 16-week behaviour change programme. The product is built for Nigerian populations and diaspora communities, with every recommendation grounded in Nigerian food, cultural practices, and daily routines.

The platform centres on Health Age, a personalised estimate of how a user's lifestyle is affecting their biological age relative to their chronological age. Users enter an invite code from their sponsor, complete a short health assessment, receive their Health Age, commit to the journey, set up their accounts, and follow a daily programme of small, achievable health actions delivered across two complementary channels: a mobile app (onboarding, plan delivery, tracking, content) and WhatsApp (daily nudges, coaching, lightweight data capture).
