VeriQR Advanced QR scanner

VeriQR is an advanced QR code scanner focused on your security. The application protects against: • Phishing and malware • SSRF attacks (Local Network Scanning) • Malicious redirects (Hop-by-hop tracking) • Homograph attacks (Punycode) • Typosquatting (spoofing popular domains) • Hidden threats in suspicious subdomains

The verification relies on a local threat database (continuously synchronised with the CERT Polska https://cert.pl list and Phishing.Database https://github.com/Phishing-Database/Phishing.Database and active live analysis. The app analyses domain age (RDAP), SSL certificates, resolves redirect chains, and examines URL structure for anomalies in real-time. An active internet connection is required for full functionality and threat database updates. The application is available in a freemium model. The built-in PRO mode is intended for more advanced users, allowing access to additional, detailed technical information about the scan.
