Panwak - Learn Spanish

Learn Spanish without the clutter: short daily lessons in Latin American or Spain Spanish, with offline audio and a speaking round that scores your pronunciation.

Panwak helps English speakers learn Spanish without the clutter.

First, pick the Spanish you actually need:

• Latin American Spanish
• Spanish from Spain (European)

Lessons are deliberately short. Each one holds at most eight items, a mix of new words and review, so you finish in a few minutes instead of staring down a hundred-card pile. You meet new material with flashcards, then practise it from different angles in the same lesson: listening, multiple choice, typing it out, and saying it out loud.

The speaking round is the part most apps skip. You say the sentence and your phone's built-in speech recognition checks how close you got. It's a real pronunciation score, not a tap-the-box guess. The pass mark follows your level, so beginners aren't marked down for an accent, and the bar for accuracy rises as you improve.

What goes into each lesson isn't random. Panwak pulls together:

• Words that are due for review
• Words you've been getting wrong lately
• A few new ones

You set the balance yourself (lean toward review, toward new words, or keep it even) and change it any time in Settings.

A few more things worth knowing:

• Words always appear in full example sentences, with audio, not as bare lists
• Lesson audio is built in, so it plays offline
• Progress is tracked separately for each language pair
• Content is organised by CEFR level, from A1 upward
• No account needed to start. Sign in only if you want your progress to sync across devices
• A calm, dark lesson screen with one clear action, and no cartoon mascots
