Happ Connect

Hoppee Connect is a lightweight, native iOS proxy tunnel client intended for users and engineers who already have their own proxy server configuration. It uses iOS Network Extension to route traffic through the server you supply.

The app is a CLIENT ONLY. It has no built-in servers, no backend, no accounts, no sign-up and no paid features. All functionality is free.

KEY CAPABILITIES

• Supports standard proxy transport protocols used by Xray-core (open-source, MPL 2.0). • Imports server configurations via QR code, manual paste, or subscription URL (a plain-text/JSON list of server entries from your provider). • Custom routing rules: country-based direct/proxy split, included and excluded route lists. • On Demand connection rules based on Wi-Fi SSID or DNS match. • Built-in JSON configuration editor with live validation. • Adjustable log level for diagnostics. • Localized in English and Russian. • Light and dark mode.

PRIVACY

• No analytics SDKs (no Sentry, Firebase, Crashlytics). • No advertising identifiers. • No telemetry, no crash reporters, no push notifications. • No user accounts. • A random device identifier (HWID) is stored locally and sent only as an HTTP header to subscription URLs you add. You can disable HWID transmission in Settings.

INTENDED AUDIENCE

System administrators, network engineers, developers and power users who maintain their own proxy server infrastructure or have a legitimate agreement with a proxy service provider.

The app is not intended for, and does not market itself as, a tool to circumvent legal restrictions in any jurisdiction. Users are responsible for complying with applicable laws.
