Mus'haf — Accessible Quran

Mus'haf — Accessible Quran is a Quran app built so that accessibility comes first. It works fully with the VoiceOver screen reader, giving blind users independence in reciting and reflecting, and giving sighted readers a page-faithful mus'haf.

Every element on screen carries a precise description, and every ayah has quick VoiceOver actions that reach listening, tafsir and memorization directly.

KEY FEATURES: • An authentic reading experience: based on the King Fahd Complex printing of the Noble Mus'haf in the Uthmani script, with a page-based layout that keeps the familiar identity of the mus'haf. • Deeper reflection on every ayah: five tafsirs — Al-Tafsir al-Muyassar, Tafsir al-Saadi, Tafsir al-Baghawi, Tafsir Ibn Kathir and Tafsir al-Tabari — with the meanings of unfamiliar words, the reason for revelation, the grammatical analysis, the guidance of the ayah, and information about each surah. • A variety of recitations: listen in the voices of a select group of reciters, streaming online or downloaded for offline listening. The player includes repeat modes for an ayah, a surah or a juz, to support memorization and review. • Search and quick revision: search for ayahs by their words in the Quran text, the tafsir, or the word meanings, and open a separate reader to revise any surah or ayah without moving your saved reading position. • Khatma and daily wird tracking: set your daily wird, follow your progress toward completing a khatma, and see how much you have read and listened to, with reminders that help you stay consistent. • Everyday essentials for the Muslim: a sibha with your own athkar, sessions and reminders; morning and evening athkar with an interactive counter; prayer times calculated on your device; a compass for the qibla direction; and the Hijri date. • On your wrist and your Home Screen: an Apple Watch app with complications for the watch face, widgets for the Home Screen and the Lock Screen, Sibha controls in Control Center and on the Action button, and Siri shortcuts that answer without opening the app. • Seamless cloud sync: with iCloud, your bookmarks, your reading position, and your memorization and revision history are saved and synced across all your devices. • A customizable interface: dark and light modes, with adjustable font size.
