Sundays is a once-a-week audio journal for remembering your life as you are living it.

At a time you choose, your phone rings and an AI voice guides you through a five-minute reflection on your week: what happened, what stayed with you, what changed, and what you are still trying to understand.

You don't have to remember to journal, stare at a blank page, or keep up a daily habit. Sundays gives you one small, consistent appointment with yourself each week, then helps you see the themes, questions, people, and patterns that keep showing up over time.

Your words stay private and preserved in your own voice. Over time, Sundays helps you notice how you have been speaking about your weeks, what keeps coming up, and what has started to shift. Between calls, you can leave a quick voice or text note whenever something comes up. These notes are transcribed and folded into the bigger picture of your weeks.
