• Apple Health Integration: The app integrates with Apple Health to display your daily activity—including distance, steps, active energy, and flights climbed—to help you stay on track with your goals.

The app also uses Apple Health to record calories burned and heart rate during workouts when an Apple Watch is used. These workout metrics are shared with your coach to help optimize your training plan.
