FIELD WORK

OFFLINE MODE

Continue working when mobile signal or Wi-Fi is unavailable. LevelUp securely caches supported jobs, diary information, conversations, vehicle checks and job documents on the device. Notes, status changes, timesheets, van checks, messages and uploads are queued and synchronised automatically when connection returns.

DIARY AND SCHEDULING

View daily and weekly schedules, open job details, receive updates and create permitted diary entries. Managers can coordinate staff, skills, availability and work requirements.

TIMESHEETS AND WORKFORCE

Start and end shifts, record breaks, clock into visits, review weekly timesheets and separate standard hours from overtime. Managers can review submissions, generate missing sheets and view summaries, pay rates and estimated earnings.

FLEET AND VAN CHECKS

Complete assigned vehicle checks, record mileage, submit required photos and report defects. Checks can be drafted and submitted offline, with secure synchronisation when the device reconnects.

TEAM CHAT AND ALERTS

Keep teams connected through channels, messages, files and operational alerts. Recent conversations remain available offline and queued messages are sent automatically when connection returns.

View customer proposals and contracts, track sent, viewed, accepted, declined and signed states, preview PDFs, share customer links, manage optional extras and staged payments, and access quotes from mobile.

Where enabled by the organisation and device permissions, LevelUp supports live staff location, background location updates and location requests to help offices coordinate active field teams.
