WaveInspect

WaveInspect is a lightweight network equipment inventory and diagnostics tool designed for sysadmins, IT professionals, and home lab enthusiasts, allowing them to keep track of all network devices like routers, switches, servers, and access points directly from their iPhone. The app features an Equipment Inventory where users can add, edit, and organize devices with detailed records including IP, MAC, location, type, and status. A Dashboard Overview provides an at-a-glance view of the entire infrastructure, monitoring device counts and status. The Network Map visually groups devices by physical location, offering insights into equipment distribution. Built-in diagnostics allow users to run ping tests and port checks with response times, connection status, and historical results. WaveInspect also offers fast search and filtering by name or device type, and prioritizes privacy with all data stored locally on the device, requiring no accounts, cloud services, or tracking.
