Accommodation Corner

Manage your housing account on the go — report maintenance, raise complaints, pay service charges, upload documents, and (for staff) check in at properties.

Accommodation Corner is the official app for tenants and staff of Aspect Housing. When you open the app, choose how you want to sign in — as a tenant or as a staff member — and you'll get the tools relevant to your role.

Tenants can: • Report maintenance issues and track their status • Raise and follow up on complaints • View and pay service charges • Upload supporting documents and proof of benefits

Staff can: • Manage tenants and view tenant lists • Sign up new tenants and process tenant sign-outs • Log and resolve maintenance requests • Manage complaints and service charges • Record daily contact notes and support sessions • Check in at a property by tapping its NFC tag

An account provided by Accommodation Corner is required to use this app. Tenants sign in with their National Insurance number and date of birth; staff sign in with the username and password issued by their administrator.
