Grab shells, beat the wave
Read the tide, dash for the shell, race the wave back. A hand-painted beach arcade. No ads, no subscription, works offline. Pay once, keep every tide.
The wave slides back. You run out onto the wet sand, snatch a shell, and pull back a breath before the water rushes in. Wait too long and the sea takes you.
That is the whole game. One thumb, one beach, the kind of easy you lose an afternoon to.
Sandpiper is a hand-painted beach arcade about timing and nerve. The waves are not random. The same beach plays the same way every time, so when the water catches you it was your call, never bad luck. That one honest rule is what makes "one more run" so hard to walk away from.
How it feels
You are a small bird on a wide beach. Read the tide. Pick your moment. Dash for the shell glinting on the wet sand and get back before the foam closes over the spot you stood. Bank the easy ones and live, or hold your nerve for the far shell and feel your pulse climb.
And you are not alone out there. A rival sandpiper wants your shells. Gulls dive. An octopus inks the shallows. Crabs, jellies, a turtle, and a pelican all share your strip of sand.
Free, and it stays free

Made to feel good in the hand
One thumb, held in portrait, right for a bus seat or a slow queue. Every bird, wave, and grain of sand is painted by hand. Quiet enough to wind down with, tense enough to lean into.
Yours and no one else's
The game runs fully offline. It reaches the internet once, to handle your purchase, and never again. No account. No sign-up. No email. No ads. No tracking. Nothing about you is sold. Your runs stay on your phone.
Still wondering
Is it really free? Yes. Classic, the Daily Tide, and the Wonder Tide cost nothing and never show an ad.
What does the unlock open? Storm Tides, Night Tide, Zen, five plumages, and the Tide-Log. One payment, kept for good.
Is there a subscription? No. You buy it once and never again. No currency to top up either.
Does it need the internet? No. The whole game runs offline. The internet is touched once, for the purchase.
So go on. The wave is out. Grab the shell. Just beat the water back.
