It supports local notifications, Siri Shortcuts, Apple Watch check-ins, and an on-device timeline for daily life moments. Designed for personal routines, independent living, family connection, and low-pressure journaling.

One optional Pro subscription is available through Apple in-app purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

This app is a lifestyle reminder and communication aid, not an emergency, medical, safety monitoring, or location tracking service. It does not automatically send SMS/email or contact emergency services.
