The “Nargis Compounds” app is the official app for residents of the residential compounds managed by the Nargis Group in Iraq. Everything you need to manage your residential unit, all in one place.

Secure Login

Sign in using the phone number registered with the administration and set a secure PIN. You can also enable fingerprint or face recognition for faster access.

Guest Entry Permits

Issue entry permits for your guests with a single tap — including food deliveries, taxis, special deliveries, or personal guests by name and vehicle type. The app generates a QR code and a backup code that can be scanned or entered by the security guard at the gate. You can review or cancel your permits at any time.

Bills & Payments

View your balance and monthly bills, track your payments, and access detailed account statements. Monitor your unit’s water and electricity consumption, as well as gas card balances.

Announcements & Notifications

Receive the latest announcements from compound management — including maintenance updates, important notices, and events — directly on your phone through push notifications.

Service Requests

Submit maintenance or service requests for your unit, track their status, and communicate with the responsible staff member directly through the app.

Family Management

Property owners can add family members to use the app and allow them to issue guest entry permits.

Language

The app is available in Arabic by default, with full right-to-left (RTL) support. You can switch to English with a single tap.

Privacy

We do not sell your data or display advertisements. All communications are encrypted.
