Betflam Lodge is a pet boarding companion app for pet owners who travel with confidence, knowing their pets are cared for with the attention they deserve. Instead of worrying whether a facility understands your pet's needs, you control the narrative by documenting everything important before every stay.

The core experience begins when you add a pet. Open My Pets to build a complete profile for each animal. In Pet Detail or Pet Edit, you enter essential information: name, breed, weight, age, diet restrictions, and behavior flags. You can also record health notes, add your veterinarian's contact information, and store your pet's microchip ID. This rich profile becomes the foundation for every booking.

Once your pet profile is complete, explore the Kennel Catalog to find the right boarding facility. This screen shows available suites across multiple properties, with filters and sorting tools to narrow your search. Open any Kennel Detail screen to review comprehensive facility information: outdoor access options, suite types and sizes, nightly pricing, and square footage. You can mark available suites as saved for future reference.

Before any stay, use the Plan Builder to create a detailed care plan tailored to your pet's needs. The app provides Plan Templates as starting points, but the Plan Builder lets you customize everything. You specify feeding schedules, exercise routines, medication instructions, and behavioral notes. This care plan becomes part of your booking, helping the facility understand exactly how your pet should be treated.

When ready to book, the Book Stay screen lets you configure your reservation: select your pet, choose dates, pick your kennel and suite, and add any Addons for special services. The app guides you through setup before showing the Review Booking screen, where you see every detail of your reservation. Once everything checks out, confirm and reserve your stay with a generated confirmation for reference.

Throughout your pet's stay, the Stay Status screen provides real-time updates on your booking's progress. For detailed information, open Stay Detail to see dates, facility information, your care plan, and facility notes. The Stay History screen shows all past reservations, helping you remember which facilities worked well and which care plans proved most effective.

The Loyalty Card tracks points earned on every stay, building rewards for future bookings. Notifications alert you to important updates throughout the boarding process. If you need assistance, Support Chat connects you with the Betflam team. Access available discounts in Promo Codes and additional options through Settings and the More menu.
