Lotus Love is a private wellness journal for couples who want to stay close and pay attention to their relationship, without giving anyone access to data they did not choose to share.

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT No account, no email, no analytics, no ads. All data stays on your device. iCloud sync uses your own private CloudKit database and never leaves your Apple ID. You can lock the app with a passcode stored in the Keychain.

PERSONAL JOURNAL Record moments with duration, mood (1-10), location, notes, and tags. Browse by day, week, month, or further back to see the pattern of your life. The app marks milestones as you keep reflecting.

CYCLE TRACKING Log your own cycle and optionally sync with a partner's record for shared awareness. The app estimates upcoming periods and windows using your logged data. Cycle predictions are statistical estimates only — not for contraception or conception planning.

BODY STATUS Get a daily wellness score based on your resting heart rate, HRV, sleep, and exercise data from Apple Health. A 7-day report shows trends across sleep, heart, exercise, and intimacy — all data stays on your device. Body Status is a lifestyle reference, not medical advice.

IDEAS LIBRARY A library of daily ideas and tips to help couples stay close. Mark favorites and see which ones you have tried. A new idea appears on the home screen each day; the full library is in the Me tab.

APPLE WATCH LIVE SESSION (Pro) Start a real-time session from your Watch. Use the Digital Crown to set the pace. Motion sensors build a session summary on your Watch and iPhone, and it stays there. A reminder goes off when time is up. iPhone shows a countdown on the lock screen.

iCLOUD SYNC (Pro) Syncs your journal across iPhone, iPad, and Mac through your own iCloud Private Database. There is no shared database and no partner sync.

PRO TIER Lotus Love is free with a starter set of features. A one-time or subscription Pro purchase unlocks Apple Watch sessions, iCloud Sync, and future Pro features.

Monthly, yearly, and lifetime options are available. Auto-renewing subscriptions can be cancelled in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

DESIGN Built for iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch. Supports light and dark modes with a wine red / rose gold palette. Available in English and Simplified Chinese.

The app has no user-generated content, no chat, no social feed, and no advertising.
