The platform enables administrators to receive service requests from partners, coordinate inspections, manage quotations, assign technicians, monitor project progress, review completion reports, and track payment confirmations.

Workflow Partner submits a service request. Administrator reviews and accepts the request. Inspection is assigned to a technician. Technician submits an inspection report. Administrator sends a quotation to the partner. Partner approves the quotation. Work is assigned to a technician. Technician completes the assigned work and submits a completion report. Administrator reviews the report and sends the final documentation and invoice. Payment is completed externally and recorded by the administrator. Request is marked as completed.

Note: Nujum Admin does not process online payments. All payments are handled outside the application and are recorded for operational purposes only.
