HONEST BY DESIGN Tock estimates your sleep stages from movement, sound, and normal sleep-cycle timing, and marks the result as an estimate. Connect Apple Health and Tock uses your measured staged sleep instead. Your plan follows common sleep hygiene guidance. It is not a diagnosis or a medical device reading.
