SimplifyPM is a mobile companion for Simplify Practice Management, helping authorised staff manage project and business workflows from the field.

The app provides secure access to timesheets, leave requests and balances, expense capture, company card receipts, approvals, business development records, image uploads, and project defect management. Staff can capture photos, upload receipts, record defects against project plans, and keep key operational records up to date while away from the office.

Access to features is controlled by the user’s Simplify permissions, so staff only see the modules and project information they are authorised to use.
