Docyment is a clinical platform for private practices, clinics and hospitals. The iPhone app is its focused clinician workspace, bringing clinic lists, patients, consultation capture and reviewed clinical documents together in one place.

• Search your organisation’s patient directory. • View patient details, previous encounters and approved documents. • Start a new clinical document from the patient record.

Choose Dictate, Record, Write or Scan. Speak your findings, capture a consultation with consent, type or paste notes, or photograph written notes. Review the captured text before it is processed.

CREATE EVERY DOCUMENT YOU NEED

Select one of your organisation’s templates and generate a structured clinical document. The generation process includes an AI review step before the draft is presented to you.

Review and edit the result, then approve the finished document yourself. Create another document from the same encounter without repeating the consultation, or share an approved document as a PDF.

PART OF THE DOCYMENT PLATFORM

The mobile app uses the same organisation-based patient records, clinics, templates and clinical-document engine as the wider Docyment platform.

Clinic setup, appointment management and organisation administration remain on the web, keeping the mobile app focused on the clinician’s work during clinic days, consultations and ward rounds.

The clinician remains in control. Docyment supports clinical documentation; it does not make clinical decisions. Every output must be reviewed and approved by the clinician before use.
