Main features

Write or paste text on a page. Group pages into a "book" and line them up on your Library shelf with cover art (16 built-in illustrations, or your own photo). High-quality AI voices in Japanese and English. Before narration, the AI turns symbols, bullet points, and hard-to-read passages into text that's easy to listen to. File import: .txt / .md / .pdf / .docx / .epub. AI drafting assist: the chat helps you draft or rewrite scripts, which you can copy and paste onto a page. A player built for learning: background playback, lock-screen controls, adjustable playback speed (with pitch correction), 10-second skip, continuous playback across a whole book (Play all), and a mini player. Generated audio is saved on your device and can be played offline (a connection is only needed while generating). Get notified when your audio is ready (permission optional). Generation continues on the server even if you close the app. Japanese / English interface.

Free: up to 8,000 characters of audio per month. No features are locked. Ropod Light (monthly auto-renewing subscription): raises your audio limit to 120,000 characters per month. It only raises the limit; it does not restrict any features. AI drafting is counted separately.

Privacy No account required. No ads. No tracking. The books and audio you create are stored on your device. About the subscription Ropod Light is an auto-renewing subscription. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings after purchase.
