VMI Mobile is the on-the-go companion to your buyer procurement workspace. It is built for warehouse and receiving-dock teams who work from a phone or tablet and need to manage stock without sitting at a desk.

Everything in the app is organized around your Data Center, so the catalog, addresses, and blanket purchase order that apply are always the right ones for the site you are working at. Pick your site once from the searchable selector and the rest of the app follows.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Browse supplier catalogs See the products your suppliers make available at your site. Search by part number, manufacturer, or product name, and open any item to view full specifications, pricing, minimum order quantity, and lead time.

Add and allocate stock with a scan Add products to your cart and split them right down to the storage unit, whether that is a bin, a drawer, or a vending machine. Scan a storage unit barcode to add stock in seconds, or choose the building, module, and unit by hand. The app fills in a recommended quantity based on each unit's restock target.

Place and track orders Submit orders and follow them from pending through shipped and delivered. Open any order to see line by line allocations, linked shipments with tracking, and a full cost summary. Export an order to PDF whenever you need a record.

Review invoices Find the invoices your suppliers share with you, check line items and additional charges, and download a PDF for your accounting records.

Track and receive shipments Use the shipments hub to follow incoming freight, then track or receive items with a lookup or a quick scan.

Get help fast Raise a support ticket for order issues, quote questions, or product information, attach images, and chat with the helpdesk in a single thread.

Stay informed A live notification feed and a header bell keep you up to date on new activity, and tapping a notification takes you straight to what changed.

Works offline Products and your cart keep working from saved data when the connection drops. Orders you place offline are queued and submitted automatically the moment you reconnect. Sync your site's catalog in the background or on demand so your offline data stays fresh.

Made for scanning A barcode and QR scanner is available throughout the app for adding to cart, looking up shipments, and receiving items.

Built for teams When a teammate edits the same site's cart, you see it happen in real time, and the app helps you resolve any changes that happened while you were offline.

Sign in is passwordless. Use a one time code sent to your work email or sign in with Meta single sign on. There is no password to remember.
