Mofu Sheep is a quiet relaxation app for spending a calm moment before bedtime.

One sheep walks slowly across the screen, then another. That is all. A gentle, unhurried time quietly flows by.

Each session is about 10 to 20 minutes. This app has no sound.

◆ Three Sheep Modes

・Count Sheep Spend a quiet moment while counting sheep. The count is fixed at 50.

・Relax Sheep Watch the sheep walk slowly and spend a calm, unhurried time.

・Message Sheep Spend a quiet moment with gentle messages.

In Message Sheep, gentle words are shown on the screen. These messages are shown as one way of thinking, and they are not intended to fit everyone. If they do not feel right for you, you can use a mode without messages, or freely edit your own words in “My Words.”

◆ My Words

In “My Words,” you can freely edit the words shown in the app. The content you enter is stored only on your device.

◆ Ads and Tracking

This app shows banner ads only at the bottom of the mode selection / menu screen to help support its operation. Ads are not shown while watching the sheep or while messages are displayed.

The tracking choice shown when the app starts is related to adjusting ad content. If you allow tracking, ads may be more likely to match your interests. Even if you do not allow tracking, all features remain available.

The developer does not collect or view how you use the app or the content of your messages. You can change the tracking setting later from your iPhone Settings. If you feel unsure, you can use the app without allowing tracking.

◆ Notes for Use

・Please be mindful of the brightness around you and how you are feeling. ・Please do not use the app while walking or in situations where you need to pay attention to your surroundings. ・If your eyes feel tired, please stop using the app instead of continuing.

This app is not intended for medical treatment, diagnosis, or improving sleep or physical condition. Please use it as a quiet way to spend time before bed, or as a small chance to step away from your thoughts.
