The app supports white and off-white backgrounds, 600 px and 1200 px digital exports, and simple local controls designed for quick home printing.

Everything runs on the device. Camera access is used only when you choose to take a photo, photos are opened only when you select them, and Passport Photo ID Maker does not include a backend, account system, ads, or tracking SDK.
