2. Learn Punjabi in Gurmukhi or Shahmukhi. Each script has its own version of the course. The Shahmukhi lessons are not Gurmukhi run through a converter. Where people who speak Shahmukhi Punjabi use a different word, Ladoo's lesson teaches that word.

3. Practice the same idea several ways. Punjabi lessons mix listening, translation, matching, and writing exercises.

4. Read eight narrated Punjabi stories, voiced line by line in the script you are learning.

5. Talk with Bhaji, your AI Punjabi tutor. Ask about grammar in plain English, or hold a real conversation in Punjabi.

6. Keep every Punjabi word. Words you learn go into your word bank, and spaced-repetition flashcards bring each one back right before you would forget it.
