OWNER LOOKUP Pull the people associated with an address: names, phone numbers, emails and relatives, from licensed US consumer records.

AI OWNER RESEARCH For when the deed refuses to name a human. Plotbook classifies the owner as a person, LLC, corporation, trust, estate, partnership or institution, then works the right playbook for each: business registry searches for members, managers and officers, trustee lookups in county records, a mailing address pivot when the owner is absentee, and campaign donation cross referencing.

It runs in the background. Start it standing on the sidewalk, put your phone away, and a push notification tells you when there is a person to look at.

Every step is visible on a live timeline: each tool call, each source link, each piece of reasoning. This is prospect research you can show a compliance officer.

WHAT PLOTBOOK DOES NOT DO It does not send email, dial numbers, or automate outreach of any kind. It is research. It does not hand you a net worth figure. Wealth is shown as ranges with a confidence score, because an estimate dressed up as a fact is worse than no estimate at all. It does not invent an answer. When an entity cannot be resolved to a person, Plotbook says so. It does not cover anything outside the United States. It does not charge you for AI research that fails.

Wealth figures are AI generated estimates built from public and licensed records. They are not verified financial information. Plotbook is not a consumer reporting agency, and its data may not be used for credit, insurance, employment, tenant screening, or any other FCRA regulated purpose.

SUBSCRIPTION Plotbook requires an auto renewing subscription, available weekly or monthly, with a credit allowance included each period for research and lookups. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
