IMPORT, CATALOGUE & FLOOR PLAN An import assistant reads Datanorm/UGL price lists and CSV (customers, materials, line items) with a mapping suggestion, plus an import history with undo. Imported items show item number, supplier, GTIN and product group. Every room also gets a floor plan view (outline, doors, windows, dimensions), generated automatically from LiDAR scans.

ESTIMATES THAT ADD UP Estimates from material and labour items – with markup, waste and quantities. Travel is calculated automatically per kilometre. Trade templates generate the right line items at the touch of a button.

BUDGET UNDER CONTROL Net budget per project, the progress bar shows where you stand at a glance: green, amber from 80%, red once exceeded – with remaining amount and a warning.

POST-COSTING Compare planned against actual: working hours, labour costs and margin with the variance spelled out. The real margin comes from logged hours, not the estimate.

MEASURING WITH LiDAR Scan rooms with the LiDAR sensor (Pro models of iPhone/iPad) instead of measuring by hand – wall, floor and net wall areas, height and volume captured automatically. No LiDAR? Enter dimensions manually.

QUOTES, INVOICES & SIGN-OFF Professional PDFs with logo and letterhead: quotes, invoices, acceptance reports – sign on the device, with VAT breakdown and small-business handling.

RENEGOTIATE QUOTES Create a new version of a quote at the touch of a button. The previous version stays audit-proof, with a version badge and a link back to it.

ALL DOCUMENTS IN ONE PLACE Search all quotes, invoices and acceptance reports across projects. Filter by type, status, period, customer or number.

E-INVOICING Export legally compliant e-invoices: XRechnung (DE), Peppol BIS (NL/AT/FR), FatturaPA (IT) and the Swiss QR-bill.

Back up all data incl. receipts and photos as a ZIP – merge or replace, with a warning if iCloud sync is active. The running timer appears as a Live Activity, controllable via Shortcuts.

YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS Offline-first with iCloud sync through your own account. Export as PDF and CSV (invoices, customers, projects, times, trips). No third-party server, no tracking.
