HOW IT WORKS

Ring Work uses your front camera and on-device computer vision to track your shoulders, elbows, and wrists as you move. It recognizes jabs, crosses, lead hooks, rear hooks, lead uppercuts, and rear uppercuts the moment you throw them — classifying each punch by angle, speed, and direction in real time, just like a coach watching your hands.

TWO WAYS TO TRAIN

Free Spar — Shadow box freely with live punch counts, a running round timer, and instant feedback on every strike. Perfect for warming up, conditioning, or just getting your reps in.

Combo Drills — Ring Work calls out combinations on the fly and scores your speed and accuracy as you land them in the correct order. Drills tolerate extra punches without breaking your flow, so you're rewarded for clean combination work, not punished for being a little loose.

GUARD MONITORING

A built-in guard monitor watches your hands between punches. Drop your guard for too long and you'll get an immediate haptic tap and an on-screen "HANDS UP" reminder — the kind of real-time correction you'd get from a coach in your corner.
