TourTour is about hearing a place. Its stories, its history, the quiet details you would walk straight past, all narrated in your ear as you go.

Pick a city, press play, and let the streets tell you about themselves. Each stop is read aloud in one of Apple's natural Premium voices, the warm kind, not a robotic one. You can upgrade to Pro Voices for an even better narration voice. You download a city once and everything lives on your phone, so the stories keep playing with no signal, no data, no scramble for WiFi when you land.

Wherever you are from, TourTour meets you in your language. The app and its narration are available in more than a dozen languages, from English and German to Japanese, Arabic, and more, with new cities added all the time.

Follow a curated route that we have ordered for you, or build your own. Pick the stops you want, drag them into the order you like, and tap Play All. Browse map first to see every spot at a glance, with the must see landmarks marked so you know what to reach for when time is short.

Bring home better photos too. Social Media Locations show you the exact vantage points at selected landmarks, where to stand and which way to face for the shot, plus hidden photo gems scattered across the city that most visitors walk right past.

When you are online, TourTour guides you between stops with live turn by turn directions right in the app. Offline, it hands the walk to Apple Maps, which routes you when you have a connection or have saved that area in Apple Maps. Where Apple Look Around is available, you can preview a stop at street level from your couch before you ever leave.
