Sisu is the Finnish word for the strength you reach for after your normal capacity is gone. This app is built to forge it.

• Forge. Log a hard thing and rate how much you didn't want to do it. The more resistance you overcome, the more it counts.
• The Dodge List. Keep a list of what you're avoiding. The longer something sits, the heavier it gets, and the more it counts when you finally face it.
• Pre-commit. Name the one hard thing you'll face tomorrow, then face it.
• This Month. How many hard things you forged this month, with your best month as the record to beat. It resets monthly, so there's always a fresh climb.
• Trials. Declare a big, hard, long-term thing you've been avoiding, break it into milestones you set, and chip away at it. Every milestone forges you; finishing the goal forges you most.
• Temper yourself from Kindling to Unbreakable as your core grows stronger.

Hard here means the discomfort of effort and avoidance: the call you're dreading, the work you're dodging. It never means enduring harm. Your record stays on your device.
