Voqo

Tap a picture, hear the word. A private communication board for children and adults.

Voqo is a free, simple communication aid (AAC). Tap a picture and it speaks the word out loud. Build short phrases with the sentence bar, or have each tap speak straight away.

It's made to be personal. Swap any picture for a real photo of your child's own cup, toy, or family, the things they recognise fastest. Add your own words and set the exact phrase that's spoken. A grown-up lock keeps the board safe from accidental changes.

At setup you choose who it's for, a child or an adult, and the starting words and the look adapt to suit. Pick a small starter set or a fuller one, and grow it over time.

Everything stays on your device. There are no accounts, no tracking, and no ads, and nothing is uploaded. Once installed, Voqo works fully offline. You can back up your whole board, photos included, to a file and restore it on a new device so nothing is ever lost.

I built Voqo because I couldn't find a free, simple talking board for my own daughter, who is autistic. It's free, and it will stay free.
