Your personal wine journal and cellar: find wines by name, label or barcode, scan receipts, explore wine culture and discover wine routes.

WinePool is an app for anyone who wants to keep a personal wine journal, understand wine better and explore wine culture.

Save wines to your personal cellar, mark the bottles you have tasted, and add ratings, photos and notes. Entries can be edited or deleted at any time. Personal statistics help you discover which styles, regions and wines you enjoy most, what you have already tasted and which bottles remain in your cellar.

ADD AND FIND WINE

Add and find wines in the way that suits you: search by name, photograph a label, scan a barcode or receipt, browse the catalog, or enter wine details manually. If an exact match is unavailable, save the item as a draft and connect it to a wine card later.

CATALOG AND WINE CARDS

The catalog includes search and filters. Each wine card shows key characteristics, country and region, winery, product line, grape varieties, taste, aromas, food pairings, production details and available releases.

Different vintages of the same wine are recorded separately. A release may include its own photographs, bottle size, awards and price information. If the year is unknown, the bottle can be saved without guessing its vintage.

RECEIPT SCANNING

Receipt scanning helps transfer purchases into your personal history. WinePool recognizes receipt items, suggests possible catalog matches, and saves the wine, price and store. If the system is uncertain, the final choice always remains with the user.

Receipts from several countries are supported, including Russia, Belarus and Uzbekistan. Prices are shown in the original purchase currency.

MAP AND MY WINE SHOPS

The map displays locations from your saved receipts and helps you revisit your personal wine history. Shops are grouped by city. You can view the number of purchases, check the distance to a location and open directions in an external map app.

WINE ATLAS AND FEED

WinePool Atlas provides reference materials about wine regions, grape varieties, wineries, aromas, styles and production methods. The wine feed features articles and publications from wine media and authors.

WINEPOOL TOURISM

Discover winery tours and wine travel programs from partner organizers. Review program details and send an inquiry to an organizer directly from the app. WinePool helps users find suitable programs and contact organizers, but it is not a tour operator.

WINE PROFILE

If you wish, share your wine interests and experience, display your level and show your contribution to the WinePool catalog. Completing your wine profile is entirely optional.
