• Deal Clearance walks you through the eligibility questions — restricted categories, school marks, who arranged the deal — and tells you clearly whether you're good to go.
• 72-hour disclosure is filed for you, with a timestamp, so nothing slips past the deadline.
• NIL Guide explains the rules in plain language, so you know where the lines are before someone asks you to cross one.

FOR PARENTS Athletes under 18 need a parent or guardian on the account. Parents approve NIL deals before they're disclosed and can review the account at any time.

FOR SCHOOLS Your athletic director gets a compliance dashboard and an exportable record — so the school has what it needs without you chasing paperwork.
