SWET is the first infrared movement studio of its kind in Portugal, powered by advanced solo carbon technology using red, near-, mid-, and far-infrared panels to support detoxification, weight loss, immunity, and recovery. Our method combines precise, methodical training—blending Pilates, yoga, and strength training —with a carefully curated musical experience.

The studio also features private contrast recovery rooms, holistic therapeutic treatments, and a functional wellness bar serving healing smoothies, elixirs, and broths.
