This is a local investment logic notebook for individual investors, designed to turn scattered trading experience into a personal methodology you can reuse, compare, and review.

You can start by organizing your stock-selection and trading ideas into logic templates—entry conditions, veto rules, execution notes—and track versions and mutual-exclusion relationships so each approach has clear boundaries.

Then maintain the stocks you watch or hold in a target pool, grouped by category and sector. Bind primary and backup logic versions to each name, and use manual metrics to gauge how well it fits your current logic, so “which lens to use on this stock” stays fixed.

When a trade happens, record the target, the logic version used, execution details, P&L, plus attribution and emotion tags—building a traceable chain from idea → target → execution → outcome. You can also keep images, annotations, and notes as evidence for a logic template, a target, or a single trade.

Over time, win rate and P&L distribution show which logics actually work and whether losses came from the rules or from execution. Linked navigation lets you move between logic, targets, and trades to refine your system. Data stays on-device only, with backup/restore, an operation log, and a recycle bin—so your private investment knowledge base stays under your control and holds up to long-term accumulation and review.
