Xendmi Agent is the rider app for the Xendmi peer-to-peer delivery platform.

What you can do with Xendmi Agent

• See nearby delivery requests in real time.
• View pickup and drop-off locations on the map before accepting.
• Get turn-by-turn navigation to each location.
• Confirm pickup and confirm delivery with one tap.
• Chat with the sender from inside the app.
• Track your earnings, monthly stats, and withdrawal history.
• Withdraw earnings to a verified Nigerian bank account.
• Complete KYC verification (NIN, BVN, ID document, facial capture, address proof) to activate your agent account.
• Submit complaints to our support team from the Help Centre.
• Manage your account: change password, edit profile, deactivate or delete your account at any time from Settings.

Becoming an agent You will need a valid Nigerian phone number, a bank account, and government-issued identification (NIN or BVN) to verify your identity. Sign up inside the app to begin onboarding.
